Refund policy
Secret Rare Collectibles is born from a passion for collectibles and as a result we take utmost care in handling your orders to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
However we recognise that sometimes the unexpected happens which is why we offer a 10-day return policy as a peace of mind, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return (subject to the Exceptions as described below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us using Contact Us or at src.cust@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs (with tracking) unless agreed otherwise.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions (non-returnable items)
We strictly do not accept returns for Trading Cards or TCG related products that have been opened from their original packaging. If the product is damaged upon receipt or is the wrong item please do not open the item and notify us immediately.
We also do not accept returns for Trading Cards or TCG related products that have been sold as singles, bulk or repacks of any kind (this includes oripa and fukubukuro items). Please read our FAQ and individual product descriptions carefully before purchasing from these categories.
Change of mind
We do not offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. Please ensure you read all product descriptions before committing to a purchase. If you have any questions on the product, please do not hesitate to email us using Contact Us or at src.cust@gmail.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded in Australian Dollars (AUD) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you have requested for an exchange instead, we will ship out the replacement item as per our shipping policy upon receiving your return.
Cancellation
We offer full cancellations and refund unless the order has already been shipped by us or ordered with our supplier as part of our On-Demand order offering. Please see our policy regarding a change of mind above.
